Data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number, company or city, the vehicle or product you are looking for, budget and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your requests and preparing a quotation or contract — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Performing the contract: purchase, inspection, export and shipping — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Meeting our accounting, tax and customs obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Preventing fraud and impersonation of our company — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

EMG EuroMena Global and our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd, European Union). For an order, only the information strictly needed may be shared with the seller of the vehicle or goods, the freight forwarder, the carrier and customs authorities. We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the European Union

When delivery takes place outside the EU (for example in Egypt), some data is shared with the parties involved in the destination country, because this is necessary to perform the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

How long we keep it

  • Requests that do not lead to an order: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Client data and contracts: for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the legal periods.
  • Accounting records: 10 years (French Commercial Code).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@euromenaglobal.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies, no audience-measurement tools and no fonts or scripts loaded from third-party servers. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (for example for site administration) may be set; these do not require consent, which is why no cookie banner is shown. If we ever add a tool that needs your consent, we will ask for it first.
